Mark’s dream became a reality in 2012 when he opened the doors to the Q Cafe. Mark had worked for many years in the corporate restaurant business but was missing out on his family and watching his two boys grow up. He had always dreamed of opening his own restaurant and the timing was finally right! He wanted to open a place that not only offered delicious made-from-scratch food, but also gave him and his employees quality of life: more time with their families. A lot of brainstorming went into naming the cafe but everytime all Mark could think about was why he was doing this… quality of life! And so the Q Cafe was born. Broad street has become our home and we truly love being a part of downtown Thomasville. Thank you to each and every one of you that have supported our cafe!
